This was an assignment for an animation class. This is an introduction scene at about 90% completion. The end character is a bit choppy and needs work. The movement for the alligator walk was done in flash but referenced from a 3D asset.

Killer visuals and animation. Nice choice of music too. I really liked the animation when the alligator came in. That's better than pretty much most of EVERYTHING on newgrounds.

Very nice smooth animation you got there. Everything felt very professional even with the fade ins and outs. Really nice work! Could need a bit more content though, like e.g. the end character wrestling with an alligator?

Thanks for the review. As I said in the comments, this wasn't meant to have a story. It was simply an intro scene as part of an animation class. The story is intentionally absent... more of a teaser. I appreciate the comment. It seems Newgrounds places high importance on story content so I'll have to keep that in mind if and when I submit future content. I have another ready for submission however, like this one, it is animation/actionscript driven and not story driven.
