Positives don't really outweigh the negatives.
As minigolf games go this one is pretty average. It could really benefit from being more challenging and having more features like themed courses and moving obstacles.
Of course these things may exist in the full version, which brings me to the main reason I didn't think much of this game. The title is "Mini Golf 99 Holes" which technically isn't accurate for the version uploaded here. This is basically a demo: you get the first course which is made up of 9 holes. You can see the other 8 courses on the menu screen but they're locked. To unlock these other courses you have to pay. Which you would have to be pretty stupid to do as there are far better mini golf games floating around on the internet for free (the Nabisco one comes to mind).
This is fine for a few minutes of mindless fun but don't expect too much of it.
