A TUTORIAL, YAY!
This time I'll teach you how to twitch, or jitter your animations to make them more zany. Or lively, whatever people think it is. (Usually they'll think its good)
And I finally learned how to make a preloader! How 'bout that?
Also, used the 'Mario techno remix' from Songs To Wear Pants To, or STWPT for short.

Short and Simple Tutorial, Good Music, Something I won't use because technically I am no Fucking good at drawing with a mouse, Random...

It's a tutorial. A short, simple one.
Nice choice of music :) Your flash should be called a Frame By Frame animation tutorial, which it practically is. It could then expand into many effects of FBF, including (but not limited to) twitching.

Hmm, And yes, maybe twitching is a style of FBF, or something like that.
