I decided to try to come up with a flash in 15 minutes and see how it turned out.
I did everything on my own except the preloader.
The only exceptions I made are the importing/exporting because that was the variable on my computer's part.

Simple but very witty at the end there!
Cute little joke. But all you did was draw a character and lip sync some audio. The only reason I even watched the whole thing was because I knew a joke was coming. I honestly don't know if you're ready to do a "15 minute challenge". Maybe make it, and improve and review it yourself, but not submit it?
Although this video alone isn't very Newgrounds quality, in terms of length and content, I do see good potential in your work.
Oh wait, looks like you have stuff on Newgrounds already. My bad.
But yeah, that potential thing. You still have it. I'm sure if you put some time into it, you could make a great animation. Keep at it.
