Too hard.
This needs to be much easier if it is to be entertaining. There is a difference between "tricky but possible" and "you're only going to win if you're really lucky." The Death Mines were a bit much, but the Chicken Vs. Missiles level was far too difficult to be fun, even after one goads one's hacker roommate to help out. Nice try, but the controls are too unforgiving and the level premises too unbalanced for this game to do it for me.
That said, I loved the idea. Were the planes a little more responsive, the levels a bit less impossible, and the unlockables more in existence, I would have played through to the end.

This game is only so so. I got stuck on mission 4 because apparently my opponent's mines kill in one hit ... AND ... why do those words have to black my freakin' view? I kept dying because your words kept popping up in the middle of the screen covering up all the mines that I couldn't hit because they instantly killed you. And you gave him just as many lives as me? WTF. Sorry, this is an amazing concept, I love it. Fix a few things, perhaps a separate difficulty rating? The graphics work fine for this game, kudos. Do something about those words popping up in the middle of the screen please, thanks.
