Not a new type of game at all, but what was here was good. Graphics were interesting and colorful, control scheme worked(if a little simple) and difficulty not too bad.
The graphics were fine. Things were colorful, food was easy to identify, and nothing was too distracting to detract from the actual game part of the game. Nothing to complain about here.
The game needs some more polishing though. What you have now is good, but a little too simple and redundant. It's also too easy. You're given so much time to make your food that you reach your goal well before time is out. Without anything more than selecting the right food in the right order, there isn't enough of a challenge to make someone want to keep playing.
More difficulty and variation would make this game so much better.
The audio was fine for the first level, but it re-playing over itself once the second levels started. It was very annoying. This needs to be fixed pronto.
Overall a good game, but just too simple to be something extremely memorable. Add something new or make it more challenging to make your game better.
