I know this Isn't really good tutorial, but I was in a rush. The reason I didn't put buttons in it is because every time I put a code it wouldn't work ( I use Adobe CS3 ) This is my first tut and my first video to put on newgrounds. the music is by ParagonX9 and the song is Metropolis [8-bit].
For some reason, no one has really made a NG preloader editing tut ( far as I know)

Obvious
Anyone who actually would use the preloader would have figured that out already. It would've helped if you had made buttons as well, the animation was choppy and too fast.
well listen, there are some people who just can't figure it out, it took me a while to figure it out.... and these people that commented before you thought it was helpful

I think having to write summaries is pointless
If you slowed it down a bit I would have given it a better score but overall it seems fairly helpful.
I would have if the code I put for buttons worked, but every time it says *ERROR* which gets really annoying...
