Hello Poogrounds... see what I did there. :3

This is a piece I made for The Animation Club in Melbourne who have a screening night called Secret Handshake on the last Tuesday of each month.
Well, I should say, had a screening night, because November's was the last one... :(

The theme for this month was practical jokes, and I came up with this... I thought it was time for The Boogley to finally make another appearance.

I really just wanted to focus on characterization and acting in frame by frame animation, which is why I've kept everything very minimal, with no background elements. I'm not so much happy with this movie as far as it being entertaining, it's story, or the sound, but I'm happy with the way the characters move. I think I'll make more stuff along these lines, but with more attention to story, sound and other areas neglected this time around. The sound is very subtle and soft... you might need to turn it up a bit.

Okay you bastards, watch, listen, and leave me a review. I love recieving any suggestions, insults or suggestions as to what I should eat for dinner tonight.

"You are a POOP"

date: July 1, 2009

A giant steaming mound of rectal output, which eats its own brethren for spare change and rotten fungus!
The flash was interesting, but I do agree that it needs a bit more substance to it, that was an unrealistic and silly joke.
For dinner , my suggestion would be a three course meal.
First: A nice key lime cheesecake with ice cream and a 40 of tequila
Second: Cheerios and 1 kraft single
Third: BBQ ribs, a caesar, and a caesar salad. Garnished with the tortured souls of ten babies.

I just absolutely love the way the whole animation is wiggly as though its made of jelly......or lost its spine......something along that line. it was nice and smooth and gave me a good idea of how the future will be when someone invents a medication that disentigrates our spines.

as for dinner i suggest homestyle thunder chickens and some floogly juice.

deep down we are all spineless, floogley juice drinkers

I like this type of animating, and love your part in Did you Hear That?,
the only thing that seems strange to me is the way they walk, and more when the Boogley walks away.

For dinner I suggest you eat your pants with some pizza :D

Author's Response:

the walking away bit was off, but I kind of liked the oddness of it.

mmm, pants :)
