"Needs work"

I can see that this has potential, but I would seriously advise that you spend some time getting the lip-sync working correctly, as for me, it was what brought my score for the flash down so low.

You've done a decent job of animating, though I would suggest a few different mouth shapes, rather than just an open and closed shape alternating - try using a mirror and you will see that it's much more intricate than that.

A good few gags in the writing, which I might suggest were increased for time, as it's a little short, but other than that, sorting the lip sync will make the piece so much better.

"Good voice acting"

Well, the graphics are very decent. The backgrounds looked very good, however, the character(s) could have been drawn a little bit better (Kyle didn't have a mouth when you showed him the first time).
But I liked all the random things you threw in there (like the shooting gun when Kevin said "shoot").

The voice acting was very good, even though the voices sounded a little bit muffled. However, the lip syncing was done very poorly, you should work on that to make the flash even better.

I also didn't like how the flash ended before the punchline. I expected something funny to follow, but instead Kevin just said: "I get back to you later."
Meh.

"Some good and some bad."

Animation/Graphics - Pretty good. Smooth animation and nothing really wrong animation wise, except perhaps you could have done a little bit better at animating the mouths. I know how it is though because I'm a beginner at flash and I have a hard time animating mouths and everything too. Also, there was a lot of little in between things missing such as the cats mouth when it was talking and just the small in between animations that makes submissions good. The drawing was good for the most part, but there were some parts that weren't the best such as the face and the person in general. There was a very weird part where the person was extremely skinny in one scene, but I didn't know if you did that on purpose or whether it was a mistake.

Story/Content - Very interesting concept here. I wouldn't have thought about making something like this so I guess I have to say it's pretty original in my opinion. I don't think that it was very funny or anything else like that though. If you were going for the humor then I think you need a to add a little bit more by making things funnier such as the cats expressions, the persons expressions, over-exaggerated voices and movements, etc... If it was more of a serious submissions, which I doubt it was because of the talk of rape then it's still just kind of dry.

Audio - Pretty good voice acting all together. The biggest thing about the audio was that it wasn't synced well with the animation that you had at all. It really made the submission enjoyable in my opinion. Again, I'm still a beginner and I would have no clue how to animate and sync up voices with mouth movement so keep working on it.

Overall - I guess it may be a good concept, but I just didn't find it funny myself. The graphics and animation were alright, but need to be worked on just a little bit. I'm sure you will get better at that. And the audio needs to be synced up better with the animation.

"Excellent voice acting... bad syncing."

Funny, funny flash. Good script, good voice acting, but... bad animation.
Seriously, well done. For a first flash, this is really good. But you really need to improve your animation and lip syncing skills.
This had a pretty damn funny script, backed up by some rgeat voice acting, but the actual animation... uh... kinda sucked. Which also brought down the flash movie overall.

Has potential, great voices, good script, keep practicing your animation skills.

The graphics were pretty well done.
Might have been a bit better done with let's say shading but that's a little over the top.
