this happens to everyone with inspiration led by individuals that don't know the correct way to lead specifically them. tension builds up and the inspired one feels a pressing need to maintain their level of inspiry, of cutting-edge ideas, and it changes the system. because the destruction shown in this movie is only a basic perception... the giantic change present in that individual will bring rise to an organization much like the one they were spurned from but with their specific wishes for improvement institued as the 'first rule' this time around :)
