...it is just too short. Work on it, make it longer, and there wont be any problems wit it..

Sorry, but horrible. First scene, he enters LEFT. He is seen in the room from the RIGHT! Too short, bad movements, and not madness. Watch the madness series again and again until you get it down. Then, take time animating. I suggest tutorials, though none really help.
