First things first - I was recently laid off! If anyone knows of any open illustrator or graphic design, etc. positions, please let me know! Now, on with the description:

This is the "small version" of Arrogancy: Chapter 3. The full version is too large to place on this site - Tom said he'd do it manually later. However, I decided to upload this more "accessible" version for modem users.

This version is lacking lip syncing and voices. The full version is available on my site.

In the third episode, the story and animation evolves even more. It's around 5 minutes long. Uh...that's about all I can say.

Warning: For those of you that come here to strictly see random violence with an overabundance of blood, naked dress up pictures, and stickmen shoot em ups with backgrounds exported from Swift 3D - you won't find it here, so don't download this and then give me a zero because it wasn't what you wanted to see. This is the third part of a continuing series, so you may be lost if you don't view the other two first.

See if you can find spots for the following NG movies in this episode:

Xiao Xiao
Work It
Pico 2

Hmmmayuoahia (I really hate the one-liners)

Yeah.

I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't a teensy bit dissappointed with the abrupt ending, but yeah.

The series definitely seems to be developing.

Onw thing I'd maybe suggest is that the blurring of the backgrounds is a bit 'sudden' if you know what I mean. There aren't any obejcts which are kind of half-blurred because they're half way into the background.

Apart from that, the music's pretty damn funky, the graphics pretty decent, and the story really seems to be developing.

I also like the combat.

My only real gripe is the cliffhanger.

Also, I accept that you propbably want to divert people to your site, but surely you could do some sort of decent preloader...

How many more episodes until we learn the truth about Arrogancy?

Yeah it sounds like you did the music

Ok first rule in animation their are no rules... everything goes No one style is better maybe with age and wisdom you will learn that. But now on to your flash try some actual animation and not motion tweening it all and if you must motion tween at least do it right look at toons like from my room for direction you. But first take that stick out of your butt and lighten up..

Sigh

The reason I gave humor a "10" was because all the people at my job were sobbing uncontrollably from laughter at the horrible voice acting. It makes Eskimo Bob sound like Shakespeare!
Also you ned to learn how to pick up the pace! Watch Stick Slayer 6 to see what pace your next movie should be. Imagine 5 minutes of that and that's my next movie. Let's see... 1 hour work per shot, 243 shots, 5 minutes. THAT'S a good pace. 15 minutes work per shot, 13 shots, 5 minutes. That's a slowwwwwwwww movie.
Keep trying!

arrogancy responds:

243 shots in 5 minutes? That's horrible direction! That's even beyond MTV video editing! Hahah, that's one of the dumbest things I've ever read. I have 75 shots in Arrogancy 3, which is right on pace for any type of non-music video production.

Out of all the movies on Newgrounds, Stick Slayer would be the LAST thing that I'd want to emulate. Tighten up your art and anatomy and ease up on the gradients, PLEASE. You're breaking every rule of graphic design an aesthetics when you make EVERYTHING a gradient. Don't use music so recognizable as Gladiator - create your own if you can, or find something that everyone doesn't already know. And it would be a good idea to lighten up on the action. Take these suggestions to heart, and you'll get the respect of the more mature crowd.

Aaron, you are one of the best...

This movie shows the immense potential that Flash can have as a creative medium. Keep the good stuff coming! Show the stick animators what REAL Flash is all about!

yeah..... you know what would be great?

why is everything in tht movie slow-mo? I mean, the fight scenes... slow motion. why? it would have a better effect if everything went faster. cool move though. too slow!!!
