The concept is boring, the detailing is sloppy and that _level0.textbox was ugly.
Before you submit a file you should thoroughly test it, look for obvious errors and then only submit it if you are happy with it.

For the detailing there are various other types of free software which can provide a better service than the one you used.

The actual awnsers are simply random values called up, and the flash is not very well done. The 'click' button, as said before, needs the invisible background to avoid having to actually click on the letters, and the level_4.textbox ruins the illusion of it actually being somewhat near a magic 8-ball.
But, it did actually do what it was asked (awnsered a question, abiet randomly) so four stars for you.
