It was kind of like the arcade game Joust with a futuristic twist, have more cowboys and have all the generators come out at once.

bugged. in the second level the energy ball sometimes stayes at the bottom line and does not move anywhere else then from right to left.

i.ll say 3/5, buut the thing that got me was the knocking off system, heading at full speed head on towards a person going half speed, should knock hi moff, think about the physics of that, or explain how it works in the instructions.
