Hiyas,
Tips:
Hold down the mouse and move it up slowly underneath the player then stop to push him up.
Build platforms to jump on (there's a never ending supply so keep clicking).
Its a playground, play around a bit!

"Good concept"

date: April 24, 2008

The concept was great (though it's pretty much Draw-Play without the flags.. or obstacles...) but you need to work on it more. Having the restart button invisible made it hard to find at first (I actually found it by accident doing that "raise the player" trick). Also, having it in the middle meant it kept getting in the way. I'd go to click and it would restart.

Also, it should have a clear button to clear away all that you've drawn. And along those lines an eraser.

Another review already covered colours and line sizes.

Anyway great "sandbox" concept, it'd be fun to play around with (just like linerider), but it needs a LOT of work to be one of the greats. :)

EDIT
Look out for v2, I've uploaded onto my website already so take a look:
www.geocities.com/jonoweekes

and now newgrounds:
http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view /436765

Its not that much better except you can now change the start point and move about while your drawing without having to play the game at the same time. Oh and stop is the return key.

"Ehh..."

Yeah more options would be nice, such as: different line sizes, line color options, background making, the ability to make new players, and other stuff.

first, everyone who plays the game needs to know that you need to draw a line with the mouse to stop the stick guy. also, you should be able to add things like weapons, items, and moving objects
