im sorry, but the guitar games are overdone. i give a 3 for effort.
no effort put in
it doe not have NEARLY as much effort put into it as the second one. There were some good things like the mistakes, progress, descriptions for the guitars...but it was 2 fast even on the easiest one, so there was so much button mashing put in you did not get to have any fun out of it. and the fact that whenever you screw up it stops the song pissed me off cuz it screwed with my flow, combined with the HUGE amount of button mashing prying to god you hit the right one so you screw up half the time so the song skips around like a scratched disk made it so you cant enjoy the songs is SO FRICKED UP!! and why change the controls? so people can hold the keyboard like a guitar? not many people would and the numbers were harder. IF THEY WANTED TO SCREW WITH A GUITAR YOU WOULD GET GUITAR HERO. AND you took little care in selecting the songs so when you CAN hear the song there is not much good 2 hearing it...all in all terrible should have put more effort and if you did put lots more in sorry but it does not show.... when i first heard about it i was stoked and when i saw it i went hyper anticipating the awesumness but you dissapointed me.. sorry dude was not good
It just frustrated me, and I had no fun. the only reason i gave it any stars was because it was a good concept, but not a good game.
Arrow keys never work out with guitar games. You should know that. You should also try to refrain from the sideways layout.
A real guitar is actually easier.
It's frustrating to screw up an easy riff in this game when you can do it flawlessly in real life. The vocals in the songs were just horrible, and I'd rather listen to a dull knife being scraped across an old chalkboard for half an hour than endure the nasal whining of the singers. You did however put a fair amount of effort into this and the visuals are quite good, apart from the guitars that seem to have been designed on a large rectangle of butcher's paper by a blind monkey using crayons.
On the bright side its not the worst thing I've seen on this site and it made some people happy so I'll give you some stars for that.
