Explore the city and interact with other characters...
Deal with attractiveness, reputation, jealousy, etc.
There are 7 ways to beat the game, the most obvious one being "Finding true love with your soulmate".

Update for those who are writing to ask for instructions or more information on the outcome of your actions:
The lack of instructions is intentional.
Providing instructions would ruin the game in my opinion cuz if you have the "keycode" on how to beat the game, then it becomes a simple "repeatedly click the button" game.
