There isn't really much to it, except get the highest combo, highest score, and highest anything else you can. (apart from story mode)
Getting really high combos after upgrading all the enimies in both the classic and enhanced mode becomes really easy, and monotonous, but strangly satisfying seeing 150+ combo appear on your screen.
Not really much else to say.
:)
All in all a good, simple, fun game.
