2nd movie submission. Learned flash recently. Had to make this within a few days since my flash is only a trial version and I have 30 days to bust out as much flash as possible. Hopefully, you'll see this isn't crap. Yes, it is a CC movie, but honestly, I think it's f*cking hysterical.

I think you need more work in your animation the people are mostly just talking. I'm going to give you a five.
Well, the script was not too bad, but there was almost no animation in this. It just DRAGGED on.
If you want to be a clock and you're serious about it, you've GOT to do better than this.
Hell, even if you have to tween stuff around, do that. Like the phone in his hand. Move it around. Make it something to watch, not just a picture to listen to.\
You did bring a hand in, but even that had no filler as it was just the outline of a hand.
Put in more work, try harder. It's worth it.
