This was originally made in about a week as an experimental game concept for a little compo on the website of the same name.
I've tarted it up a bit, in terms of presentation adding my system of highscores / login and so on but the game is still the same.
Your ship is propelled by shooting water, click to shoot, if you hit a heart it will grow and its gravity will increase. Once the heart reaches a certain size it will pop, if you run out of water you will have to dunk the ship in a lake to refuel. Touch a heart and it will escape (you lose all points you gained from shooting it) , meaning you will have to start pumping water into another one.
Finding hearts is easy, there is a little radar in the top left corner.
Very high scores are possible, but take a lot of work, after a while you will have to refuel many times to deliver enough water to burst a heart and will be shooting from many screens away so as not to be caught in its gravity :)
Most people just splash around for a little while instead.
What an advanced interface for such a simple game. I like the idea, and I like the fact that a gaming interface with a vast array of items is all integrated. Sound, videos... this has some pretty complex features. I'm surprised it can all be included with Flash. Nice work!

that was a pretty nice game. the concept was a little simple... as was the game itself, but it was quite fun to play, your efforts were nice and it did serve as a good time killer. it's always nice to see new ideas on here too, as you mentioned it was an experiment.... experimentals are always good to see on here.

Good Concept, and well made but you could have done with upping the framerate of the game. It can be so jerky that it makes it really difficult
