My entry to the Wiggi World contest.
All the instructions are in the game. You can change the quality with the q key.
game seemed iffy, i didnt really feel the physics of it, especially when getting aropund the people i thought i was supposed to save.
1. when alphaing movieclips with multiple layers, set the blend mode to layer.
2. dont shape tween scrolling text, it messes up some letter, make it a graphic and motion tween it.
3. dont make the background scroll more than the forground, make it scroll a fraction of the foreground. (it looks like it goes with the character, a very bizzaire way to do it).
nice idea though, good luck with the comp
Thanks tor your tips!
it was okay
if you make another make it with steath bonuses stunning abilities etc
Well, the actual bonus is that you dont raise an alarm if you are stealth enough.
Not bad really
I like the concept, you just need to work out the bugs a little. The starting story goes by too fast, i don't know even know what the story is. And the mechanics of the game; movements etc are a bit difficult. The character does things and goes ways you don't want him too (like just falling down a flight of stairs instead of taking it slowly). Other than that, good work.
Well despite the fact that this game and all of the contest's games have been towards little kids, this game in particular is actually quite fun. Although I didint get to far in the game I did find it somewhat fun to race through the class rooms and hit the somewhat interactive environment. The graphics were of course very well done, and I wonder if they suply you with all the graphics in the same way the clocks do.. Nonetheless not a bad game. Had some fun with it and I can tell you that this is probebley the best or second best wiggi world contest submission I have seen so far.
And no, I draw everything (well, except for wiggies and preloader) myself.
Context? Context is for casuals.
