Please watch part 1 before watching part 2

Here it is, as promised, the entire movie is submitted on 7/31/07. There are two versions of the movie to watch. The first is a shortened version of the movie exclusive to Newgrounds where I cut out the opening credits and final battle because people complained they were too long and interrupted the flow of the movie. The second is the full uncut movie as seen at the Phoenix Film Festival 2005.

I also apologize for the poor sound and video quality. I had to make some major sacrifices in that department to get the movie small enough to put on the net. Until we get faster connections, you'll just have to deal with it.

I was tempted to add a scene selection menu, but I know right away the beginning of part 2 would be the scene everyone would want to skip to when they watch the movie again so I omitted that.

I unfortunately had to split it into two files to stay under NG's guidelines (and I didn't want to have Tom submit it because I wanted to stick to my submission date). I hope you all enjoy it.

BTW, I WILL flag your reviews if you give negative scores ONLY because this is a live action movie. There is NOTHING in the NG rules and regulations that says "no video".

"I thought it was pretty good"

The action was good but needed more complex choreography and needed to be quicker. You are very talented but I felt as though you had diffaculty getting it finished. Make sure you have a production team that really wants to show they can bring your vision to the screen. Some of the acting was a little weak. Overall you and your group did a great job. I actually would like to know if you would like someone to animate it in rotoscope/ freehand animation. I would love to do that. If anyone reading this loves action films I would recommend this submission.

I'd be honored if you made an animated version but I wouldn't recommend simply rotoscoping it. Like you said the choreography was rough and perhaps you can animate them doing more than just mere humans can do in an animation. Thanks for the review.

"not bad"

i only have 2 problems...

1. the fighting seemed to lack emotion and was slow paced. wasnt really feelin it.

2. why would the women wipe the finger prints off the gun but then walk away putting her finger prints all over the door nob.

other then that. it was pretty good. me and buddys make movies aswell so i know how much effort you had put into this

LOL, that's funny! I didn't even think of the fingerprints on the doorknob! Sorry about the slow pace. This was the first time I mad e something of this magnitude. Thanks for the review.

You guys are good at this, props effects and all..but you have work on the sound, its hard to hear any dialog and the choice of music sux balls. the slow motion killed the ending tho, there was no need for it to not to mention slow mo is so played out its not even funny. besides all that it was good...the drawing were very good btw. nice job

I thought the music was great. Sorry you disagree. I personally know one of the Lyrikal Assassins and they're great group. I've also been corresponding with Kryptonic every now and then too. As for the slow mo sucking, I agree. That's why the final battle was cut. I hope you watched the abridged version first because it flowed much better. As for the sound quality, I just had to sacrifice it in order to get the movie on here. As for the art, head over to Casey's DeviantArt page and give him some love.

"Pretty Good"

I thought this was worth watching, but in terms of story and acting it was not amazing. The action sequence was pretty good, although I found part 1 of this to be really boring and unnecessary. I think it's worth a 3, but really this sort of thing would be better suited to Youtube. I have to say I was a bit disappointed when I realised it was an indie movie.

So what if it's a live action movie. Go look at You Tube, it's mostly movies of people goofing off. This actually has fun action, a minimal story, and some effort put into it which is a lot more than half the Flash cartoons on NG have to say.
