** NOTE: There's a weird issue with the preloader that I'm working on, so if you're loading this for the first time it may take a little while before you see something pop up.

Hope you enjoy this, everyone! It's been a solid 2 and a half months of work. The notes are perfectly synced with a guitar strum in the selected song, just like Guitar Hero! If you get good enough, you should be able to play this with your eyes closed!

If you see any bugs, send me a private message ASAP! DON'T tell me in a review of the game! Thanks!

THANK YOU to Rocker206, Metaljonus and Bad-Man-incorporated for the awesome music! Sooo metal...

*************
Instructions:
A S D F G keys control the strings.
Hold a string to grind a sustained note with a tail.

K or L keys pluck the strings.

Remember, the higher the streak, the more points you get per strum. Opponents get harder as you move along.

Great Game

Its a really good game in general wich makes me wanna go play some more GH :)
only bad thing is the difficulty. as CreepingDeth101 said you can hold all the buttons at the same time AND i discovered you can just hold the K or L button and it will automaticly play the most tunes. otherwise, add some more difficulty and it will be as good as GH2 :P
Keep Going!

Awesome, but....

great game one off the better ones, but you should really make it so that you can tell what button you are pressing down before you pluck. other than that very good

mongoid responds:

Fair enough. Button labels have been added.

Glad you liked the game!!

good game

this game was great, sound and visuals were excellent, the gameplay is ok, but I noticed you have to hit the notes a little late to get them, right. Nice job though

Only one thing missing...

This game was awesome, like kekerulesmore said it does feel like a console game, however I found one small problem...there's a way to cheat. I'm really unsure about how to go about telling about it, so I guess I'll have to tell through here. Sorry.

If you hold down all the keys, (a,s,d,f,g) at once and just press the k or l keys in time with the notes, then you're a sure win.

Again I'm sorry to bring this to your attention, seeing as otherwise this game is almost flawless. The only other complaint I have is that the music was cool but was a little sub par, but not enough to effect my experience when playing. I'm picky with music anyway so it's probably only me.

Thanks for making a great game.
