This flash lacked animation and so the characters looked very stiff and rock solid. In some parts the graphics show broken outlines, ie: when one of the characters points out something, he raises his arm but his hand is just "floating" over there, and I didn't even like the animation of that moving arm either.
I don't know if this is your style of animation and I won't take the time to watch anything else of yours today but you should improve something.
It seemed that there was a cat peeing like a dog on a TV and the joke is silly because the problems in the "transmission" were supposed to be the workings of one of the characters.

The second part of this episode is even funnier than the first.

What I love best about the piece is the audio that happens after the end of the show. You always have top notch audio and top notch humor.
