Good! But some major flaws...

I'll start out with the good points.
For one, the characters wer pretty funny and interesting. Not much was said about them, maybe you could have done a little introduction for all of them like you did with the sadistic frog dude. Also, the writing wasn't bad at all, nor were the character drawings. A bit lazy at times, but solid enough. However, one thing ruined it: The Animation. The animation was terrible and really, most of it wasn't how you drew it, it was the FPS you chose. What was it like 5 frames per second? That didn't work, man, maybe study the walk cycle a little better too.
All and all, it wasn't bad, the humor was entertaining enough and the length was perfect, but please choose a different framerate next time, at least 10-12. Othe than that, you did a good job, have great ideas and I look forward to the next one. :)

You know how we americans get to sleep on those nights when we just can't fall asleep? we watch the BBC! I hope to god nobody watches this toon while they are driving.

We don't want this lost in the portals forever do we so I suggest people watch and vote fairly on this (I suggest watching this a lot it's so good)
