That actually wasn't that bad

You did okay with this. It's clear you put effort, you just need more practice. Try putting more frames in the animation and then increasing the FPS. That would make it tons better.

a decent MGS flash, the snow was a really nice affect and the drawing for the ninja was pretty cool more scene should have the more detailed character design throughout the animation
