4 artists came together for this. Me, (AeroBeatlZeppelin), Gargle8662, Fretboard1094, and BlazeDaMan. After this collab idea was shot down by Luis saying it was too absurd for anyone to want to join, I called my friends. BlazeDaMan didn't want to do it but I threatened him at gunpoint to do it= ) (JK) Blaze's part is at the end. Thanks to Flashkit.com for sounds:) Enjoy!

A truly crap effort

If you're going to make a big deal about it being 60 fps (if it truly is, I can't tell) you should make an animation that shows this attribute off.

Instead you have simple tweens and simple jerky FBF that would have looked exactly the same as on 30 fps or even 20 fps.

To top it off, there is nothing funny or creative here. But for some reason, it seems that you felt music from the Benny Hill show would make it funnier. Let me tell you, it didn't do anything for Benny Hill and it hasn't made this funny either.

0/5

AeroBeatlZeppelin responds:

We tried. That's all I can say. So unless you can make something WAY better than these I can say is we did pretty good in my eyes.

60 FPS?

So?, What about 60 fps?
It doesn't really make a difference if the animation was simple.

AeroBeatlZeppelin responds:

60 FPS was really hard to animate. I respect your opinion but I like the outcome:)

make it stop...

Alright, I'll give you points for the idea, but don't make a big deal that it's 60fps if you're not goin gto WOW anyone with it.

I was expecting to see some amazing frame-by-frame done here... all i see are a few tweens and the same dancing dot I've seen a million times before.

The idea is good, as far as seeing how far you can take flash, and you get props for that, but a key rule in being a good animator, as well as anything else in life, is knowing your limits. You set a high bar with this, and fell far short of anything worthwhile.

My advice? Start from scratch. What frame-by-frame you had was good, so prove me wrong and do some nice frame-by-frame at 60fps. Tweens are cheating unless you REALLY work it. :)

AeroBeatlZeppelin responds:

Did you watch the whole thing? I only put about 2 or 3 tweens, the rest were fbf. I'm proud of the animators that took part in this and I'm proud of the outcome. You might not like it but some people do.

Very good!

I saw this on the forums, I was about to join, I typed the part I wanted, and everything, I clicked post and it was locked >:( Good job with the people you did get:)

AeroBeatlZeppelin responds:

Darn, it would have been a bit better if we had more people. Thanks for the comment!

uhhh...

That makes absolutely no sense what so ever! A complete waste of time. But at least you had decent music.

AeroBeatlZeppelin responds:

Why does it make no sense? It was just different animations a 60 fps. Anyway, where are your animations?
