becaue we all know Tasha Lem used to be River Song, who used to be Melody Pond, who used to be GlaDOS, who used to be Caroline... and Tasha Lem is Mother Superious of a Church whose cardinal rule is everyone must be naked... meaning that she created an entire religious order to make sure she got to see the Doctor naked whenever she pleased.
