^_^ for a festival thing. 3 days work, kinda rush, doesn’t want it to cover school project. the format is decide by the competition, and the file can’t exceed 2.5mb, that’s why I tried to animate everything simple to save as many space as I can. Sorry for some unsmooth movements.. I hope you still like it.
This one is quite different to animations I made before. I want to make this one like… abstract, and this way I can save some file size, because I can make it slow.
The style of art is based on Japanese print, so I can keep it simple but powerful by the way of strong composition and using symbol.
Some description I wrote for it:
“’The Dreamer' is about ambition and hope of becoming stronger and more powerful. In the end, the dreaming cat smiles at her desire with joy, or perhaps with ridicule, as everything are just as slight as a dream.”
