Not bad. This style of flash has been done over and over, so it's nothing special. You need to get better sprites, and animate the lipsyncing better since nothing else is moving. It was a little humorous. Good job.
Good but...
I can give some hints if u want, I very like the humor, but, the ground was terrible, maybe a more colored or "Super Mario Style" could be useful =), and, i didn't liked the Wario sprite, try to take a new 1, like in those GBA games.
