Well, this is simply a still, of several shapes made with the oval tool, looks like MSPaint from what I see.
It's confusing, with a irrelevant, fuzzy, difficult to understand sound clip in the background.
If there was any animation, or if the sound clip was clearer then is, it might actually be worth watching.
