This is an introduction to the Flash user environment for aspiring developers! I made this in 1999, so it is probably featuring the Flash 3 layout. Things haven't changed TOO MUCH, though, so it's still a decent intro.
I am submitting this to the Portal before I overhaul our tutorial page to be part of the collection system. To make a long story short, all the tutorials need to be in the Portal in order to be featured through the database system. This tutorial was never part of the Portal before.

I've decided I'm going to get onto learning to make flash movies. And newgrounds has so many tutorials, it should be easy. This is pretty outdated though, might want to update to at least CS3. Many commands are in the wrong toolbars, for example to convert something to a symbol, it's actually in the "Modify" toolbar. But still, thanks Tom.
