This is an introduction to the Flash user environment for aspiring developers! I made this in 1999, so it is probably featuring the Flash 3 layout. Things haven't changed TOO MUCH, though, so it's still a decent intro.
I am submitting this to the Portal before I overhaul our tutorial page to be part of the collection system. To make a long story short, all the tutorials need to be in the Portal in order to be featured through the database system. This tutorial was never part of the Portal before.

This is a pretty helpful tutorial. the only problem is... U DONT TELL US WHERE THE DRAWING TOOLS AND SHAPES ARE, which eliminates the whole purpose of this video. sorry, but its useless.
