This is an introduction to the Flash user environment for aspiring developers! I made this in 1999, so it is probably featuring the Flash 3 layout. Things haven't changed TOO MUCH, though, so it's still a decent intro.
I am submitting this to the Portal before I overhaul our tutorial page to be part of the collection system. To make a long story short, all the tutorials need to be in the Portal in order to be featured through the database system. This tutorial was never part of the Portal before.

helpful, but it froze on "Now let's get back to the main menu!" right after tweening the circle... tha fuck? x.x what am i missing, or is it the flash?
