Lol this was funny and entertaining with some interesting characters and amusing humor, i had fun watching it, it was also abit on the strange side but thats what i liked about it, anyways nice flash.

But you really need to work on the drawing side of things. The character design and the first scene when he's watching TV had a nice style going there, but you completely ruined it with most of the rest of the movie. Just be more patient and draw the things yourself instead of using the line tool, it looks so much better.
Aside from that.... I liked the Humour, you give thirteen year olds a good name for once, if you really are thirteen anyway.
I liked the scene when he's glaring at the service guy, it's kind of rare (On NG) that you see people using dynamic editing to compliment a mood.

Soooooo... Next time, improve the drawings and try to have a bit more of a plot, or at least work on making it flow together more naturally.
