ehh
if there was plagiarism for flash, i'd say you owe jackie chan some credit for a few of the scenes you just stole. Overall the flash was acceptable, although the second one was...well it just could have been better.

wow
You traced famous scenes from the matrix, but adding poorly drawn pico faces on it.

great
it was a little bit odd that their index fingers don't move when they shoot their guns, but besides that its an absolutely flawless animation. really a great piece of work.

Sleek animation, but wait, where's the story?
My first thought while watching this was: "Wow, great animation!" (was all the drawing done in Flash? Because some parts looked like they had been drawn on paper first), but somewhere near the end of the fight in the first part of the movie, I realized something: Why is Pico fighting this guy with guns and swords?
Obviously, this is no longer the young Pico from Tom's movies/games (due to his height and the hentai part (loved that, great animation and art), but there is no prelude as to why he is fighting in the first place, meaning it might as well have been some other character instead of Pico.
This took away a few points from the movie for me, as it seemed that Pico was just being used as a "sales gimmick", sorry if that wasn't your intention.

Not too bad.
It wasn't too bad, although when it said "Collaboration" i expected alot more, along the lines of like 8 parts from different artists so in all respects its not really a Collaboration but it wasn't too bad, as the person before me said, Pico didn't look too good however the animation was well done anyway.
