Is there a plot?
I really don't understand the premise of why there was an industrial accident... and is it supposed to be ironic that smiley doesn't actually have a mouth with which to smile with?

"10 years ago", Psycho, a former worker of Smiley Corperations, falls into a radioactive fluid that transforms him. A gear shifting accident pushing him and he plumets to his fate.
"Present day", Smiley, our hero (or main character) goes to the bank to withdraw some money, but a horrible incident happens. (I plan on adding a rpg style interactive battle scene for this part, any suggestions?)

not that great
It's really boring, the animations don't look that great in a lot of parts.
But, it looks as though you are a capable of a LOT better. So try again on another one. I don't think I would try to fix this one, it's just crap :\ This looks like it's some kind of series of things with this smiley guy, so just move on and make the next one more interactive and more entertaining.
Also, if you do edit this one, you should make it so some random gear doesn't fly in and hit anyone, it should be something like the gear above falls and knocks him in.

Anyways, I took your suggestion and made the gear fall and knocks in him.
That may have made it more understanding to the viewers.
Trust me, this is VERY interactive.
It won't be the best but I can tell you that it will be decent.
Could do better
This was pretty bad. But in some part's it looked like you were pretty good at flash. If you rushed this and didnt really work on it try a little harder and im sure you can make something half descent. Nice try though

It looks like you know how to handle flash, but maybe I don't understand WTF it was... no point for me :/
