I can see you actually do try at creating separate characters and something of a storyline, but this didn't meet the usual standards. You have potential though, so I bet if you worked on a new one and took time with it to plan that you'd do well.

make the story move faster

One tip, making the flash flow smoothly is a huge part of making a quality flash. I and many others would find this a good flash if it were to exibit this. I encourage you work on this a bit more.
