Though of course his name is based on the lightning god's name which is spelled several different ways, like Raijin. Not like Shiva... of course Shiva is a male god.
But anyway, you lose a point for the shameless matrix reference. Too many of those out there. They're boring. You might have taken the Johnny Cage thing a little further, since he still had his legs, a lot of people won't realize it's a reference to monty python and the holy grail, but then if you just worked with images from the actual game, I guess there wouldn't likely be one available where he's missing arms AND legs.
The whole thing kind of came off like a 3-stooges scene, except where they're dancing for their "combat". But it still was funny, and very well and faithfully animated. I give it a 9 because I gave parts 2 and 3 10s and though this is better than most things I give 9 to, it would detract from the incredibly awesome things I have given 10s to....
By the way, Noob Saibot isn't called Noob because he's a "noob". Haven't you ever noticed? Noob Saibot is Tobias Boon spelled backwards. John Tobias and Ed Boon, the original creators of Mortal Kombat.
