I liked your use of Banjo-Kazooie music. Your animation was also fairly good.
So, the only thing that you could really improve on would be graphics. It's not that they were terrible, but they weren't super awesome.

my favorite scene was when the sacred fish eyes goes out, this movie is the best ^_^, you should draw the cops better...
