An educational movie, how odd. Still though, the animations were simple but still well done. Graphics weren't anything amazing, but you obviously weren't trying that hard. Adding next buttons to switch between scenes would've been great. You did a good job presenting the Fujita scale, but it definitly wasn't Newgrounds material.
I am amazed to see someone make an educational movie like this! You need to show this to National Geographic! Also, you should add an F0 and F6.
Just for your future reference, There are seven levels within the Fujita Scale. F0-F6
F0- 40-72 MPH "Gale"
F1- 73-112 MPH "Moderate"
F2- 113-157 MPH "Significant"
F3- 158-206 MPH "Severe"
F4- 207-260 MPH "Devastating"
F5- 261-318 MPH "Incredible"
F6- 319-379 MPH "Inconcievable"
