I was going to make this much better, but then it corrupted so I had to restart, so I rushed it. PLEASE LEAVE REVIEWS! Also, please actually watch before voting because I know there are a lot of blammer spammers out there.

You should make it longer
The animation itself is very great. But maybe you should consider making it longer. Say...you need a storyline there. For example, was the killer hired or he shot Bill Gates just because he hated him? Yes, as I mentioned already, this flash was very good. But it gave people like me a feeling that the flash did not have a start as the first scene I saw was that killer came on the roof of a tall building and then he snapped Bill. There must be (should be) something before that. I suggest you making a whole story about the flash and I am sure that it will be on the front page.
