VERY helpful. It tells what you need to know about the site. It should be a flash like this MANDATORY to watch at your very first action when registered, you must read EACH section of it, and you are unable to click on "NEXT" or "BACK" bottons in a 20 seconds, so you ensure the user will read it. I'd gladly put my vote for it. Still, I gave 4 stars because of the interface; as a Newgrounds tutorial it would be nice to make it alike.
