ITS A REMAKE OF THE ORIGINAL.
I like how everyone is comparing this to the original. I guess that happens in hollywood too, right? :-P
Poxpower did painstakingly drew all the art in this by hand.
Magna arranged and animated all artwork.

More Polished Than the Original But Not By Much

I get the sense that a lot of the art copies the awkward angles and poses of the original a bit too closely. It initially looks a little smoother due to the increased detail but doesn't really fix a lot of the problems with proportions and scale. While I appreciate the improvements in texture and shading (and the little glyphs on the sword are very neat) I don't feel this overhaul does as much as it could.

Nevertheless, it still captures the emotions of the first one - which was really highly-rated -I think- because it was so adept at bringing life to a narrative despite its simple artwork.

The artwork is like HD compared to anologue!

The original seems more like a rough draft or pencil test by comparison. Only one small complaint. The rating. As a parent I would rate this as mature rating because of the blood-drenched warriors. Other than that it was awesome! *hits the reprise button*
