I'll give a 4. It was one of the first one's so you gotta give him credit for trying. And having seen the development that has gone into Foamy since, I like where he went with it. There is more substance to the rants now, and they are much more understandable. But one thing I would say to improve even more illwill, spend some more time on them. Put more effort and animation into them. You've got some pretty well developed personalities, now develop their looks and movements. A mouth wouldn't hurt.
