This video is tasteless and disgusting and low on any entertainment value.
I have seen this calibur of animation before, and it has always been seen in videos that have been blammed and poorly rated. The only this setting this apart from those is the doubtful insulting of a former presidential candidate in a rather infantile and lewd way.
Not only that, but this will give anyone with even a hint of epilepsy a seizure, you sick bastard.
On the concept base of things, I suggest you watch a few highbrow comedies and some classic comedies(read some, too(SHAKESPEARE!!)) for some better and incredibly effective material. This gig of just sticking some celebrity's face next to a pair of hands holding a picture of a person tearing open his/her ***hole ain't exactly what people with any ounce of a gag reflex wants to see on any day.
For animation: practice, practice, practice. And I mean things like drawing-up backgrounds(as I mentioned epilepsy somewhere in this...) and making smooth character animations (W00!; F1IPPING 4 PIC7URR!-- HELL NO!) and actual character creation (not just fugly pictures taken to ruin better eyes...).
After that, all I can say to improve is to vote Republican... kidding... just a little.
Please, for the love of God, don't take this wrong.
