48 requires a game you can play on paper. Look at your keyboard and check which 'symbol' can be played on paper.

For 20, you should think about the past of eating and think of how it sounds.
SPOILERS:
The past of 'eating' can be considered 'ate'. You only need to press something that sounds like 'ate'. Look at your keyboard to find it.
