Intellectually stimulating, yet very minimal, nice medals btw.

i get it, cigarettes dont make the stress lower THEY MAKE THE STRESS COME because you will slowly but for sure get addicted and will stress when you dont get one. Stress is just a part of life and nothing can get rid of it.

I've recently put the habit down and would advise anyone else to do the same.

You made a great point there, smoking can unstress you a little, for a little while, but that only means you'll have to go back for more and more until you stop and realize that stress is simply a part of life.
