Every time I see something of Sam T's I laugh because I enjoy the humor when it's suppose to be scary. Lol never fails to get a chuckle and laughs from me.

And I feel like saying it again. This reminds me of "The Scarecrow Walks at Midnight". Can't remember the name of the other flash, but do remember that it centered an urban legend type of deal with the scarecrow killed kids, the one who got away was the narrator telling it to his grandson, and the scarecrow got him anyway.
