Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

This has been the most difficult film I have ever made, because its meaning is very true to my soul. For too much of my life I have been a mindless consumer of time. Hopelessly placing value in things that never gave an ounce of value back. Now that I am older, I worry endlessly that this new generation is making the same mistakes I now deeply regret.

In the end, I hope my message is honest and clear. Whether you agree with me or not, please share you thoughts, spark meaningful discussions, and share this film with everyone you know.

Special thanks to all those who have been my strength - and to all of you for taking a moment to open your minds =)

dang...

That speaks to me because I have given up quite a bit of my time to these exact things, and the truth is that no they don't reward you... this makes you really think...

Use your brain.

Partway through this, I was getting pissy. Just because you have had an adiction does not mean everyone does. However, the ending really brought it all together.

There are plenty of activities that are perfectly fine to do. Something that gives you real enjoyment and entertainment is not a bad thing. However, letting one thing control and define your entire life is.
I'm not about to say that hanging out with other people is the answer, some people just don't need that. For the majority of homo-sapiens, some sort of real life contact is beneficial and desired.
Do what you like to do, don't let it control you, don't waste the time you have.

wow

dude i thought it was awesome u burned the wow game im just loving it i never got why so many people liked that game i tried playing got bored after like ten minutes. and interesting intake on video games

Thanks!

I never saw it that way, well I did but not to this degree. :)

I understand exactly what your saying.

This is such a well informed flash that I will show my little brother, I have had times where I have a had video games consume my life. Starting tonight I will change. I'll make my schedule have more activities and clean my damn room often. I think the true moral that you set was amazing. If you can't handle video games with a healthy balance to enjoying everyday life, its probably not for you. For those who are still hooked, I suggest taking a break or at least start catching extra sleep. My family would always tell me, that game is not going any where, it will be home when you leave. It will be there when you sleep. I'm definetly going to cut down my usage more.
Cirrus, that was epic of you to take time from your life to care.
