i enjoyed it while i was playing but one thing that bugged me is that some sounds were too loud and some were too quite so i ether had to crank my speakers or have them on the lowest setting.

Being a musician myself, i found it very easy to understand. And with a few basic musical knowledge, anyone can do something very good. I'll give you a few things that could be added to make this program even better. It could be fun if we can arrange the dimension of the grid to get more time to play. And it would allow us to get more octaves. An other thing could be to have an option to get more tracks to play simultanousely. Adding differents sounds like brass or real piano could be fine. Integrate some drum sounds and sample. To possibility to save track and play them simultanously or one after the other could be very interresting too.

Anyway, great work !
