The story about Noah's arc is where the wirters of the Bible really messed up. First of all this story about global flooding is taken from The Epic of Ghilgamesh, a story written some 400 years before the Old Testament.

And then there is the presumption that every kind of creature just happened to live
in Noah's backyard, just waiting to hop on the arc. Silly Bible... ^^
